Smart Safari Kids isn't a generic global app re-skinned for South Africa. Every question is generated against CAPS topic descriptors stored in the app's code — Grade R counting to ten, Grade 3 SA money word problems ("Sipho pays R25.50 for bread..."), Grade 5 fractions, Grade 7 algebra.
An independent SACE-registered teacher review of the curriculum mapping is in progress. Schools can request the full mapping workbook to share with their HOD or curriculum coordinator before any pilot.
Every Smart Safari Kids quiz question is constrained to a real CAPS topic. Grade 3 maths? We're inside Term-2 multiplication tables. Grade 5 language? Active and passive voice. The curriculum isn't a sticker — it's the rules of the game.
